9th of May is the one of the most remarkable day in the history of the Soviet Union. Traditionally this day commemorates the victory of soviet army over nazi army. This day we are grateful to our saviors. This holiday is important because it states that war is awful and tragic experience, that we should live in peace with our neighbors, with other countries. A lot of families their loved ones and closest relatives in this war, people, who witnessed this war don't like to talk about it. My Grandfather always said: "it's good that it's over, may there never be war again". And I think the great importance of this holiday is to explain future generations that nothing values more than peace.
