Names of the main characters are: Mat and Bill. Mat was riding a skateboard (не очень видно на картинке, но вроде это скейтборд). Bill called for an ambulance also he wrapped Mat's ankle with handkerchief. Doctor said that the ankle was probably broken. Bill said that it is good chance to have a break.
