The question of neighbors' relationships has always aroused heated debates. Some people are convinced that it is not necessary to have warm relations with neighbors. However the others believe that being in good relationships with neighbors is priceless. I suppose that it is good to make friends with neighbors. Sometimes you can borrow something like sugar or some instrument. Also you can be sure that your flat is in safety when you're out. Even you can neighbors ask to water your plants or to feed your pet. Some opponents might stick to the point that neighbors could be awful people. They suggest that they can make noise, leave waste or spoil something in the yard. Nevertheless I do not support the above mentioned idea. One should take into account the fact that you can bring something you don't like to your neighbors' attention. Moreover we as well sometimes could make noise, for example, during repairing something or having a party. All in all, policy of the good neighbor—the neighbor who resolutely respects himself and, because he does so, respects the rights of others”, stated President Franklin D. Roosevelt on March 4th, 1933. There will always be a debate about importance of being a good neighbor. We should respect each other and live in good relations, because it is more convenient and comfortable than having a war.
