I've thought that the British Queen Elizabeth II receives ambassadors, confers awards and discusses affairs of state every day. But she doesn't receive ambassadors every day, she also visits hospitals, schools or factories. Also she doesn't confer awards every day. She discusses affairs of state with the British Prime Minister every Tuesday.
