Nowadays it is possible to watch films at home, but a lot of people still go to the cinemas. The best time for cinema was between 1930 and 1950s. Cinemas were like picture palaces.Today the cinema audiences are smaller and younger than the audiences of the Golden Age of cinema. Usually there are more than one small cinemas inside one building. People prefer to watch films in cinemas, because some films are better to be watched on a large screen. Also the cinema is the only place where you can watch a brand-new movie. Everyone has their own favourite kinds of films, but cinema always in focus of our attention: it thrills, entertains and educates us.
