There are a lot of wonderful dishes in the world. My favorite dishes are: ukha (fish soup), draniki, bigos. Recipes could very much depends on the region. Every family has their own unique way of cooking dishes. Fish soup can be made of different types of fish and carrot, onion, potato. Draniki is one of the most popular and famous dishes of the Belarusian cuisine. Traditional Belarusian draniki is made of potatoes, onions, salt and oil. Hot potato pancakes were served with fresh homemade sour cream. There are many types of bigos, most of them contain sauerkraut, cabbage, mushrooms and different meats.
