The problem of choosing the best place to live has always aroused heated debates. Some people are convinced that living in a house is wonderful. However, the others believe that nowadays it is better to live in a flat. Actually I don't agree that living in a house is old-fashioned. Firstly, there is your land around a house. You can make a garden or even a swimming pool there. Secondly, there is much more living space in a house. So in a house you can live with big family. Thirdly, in your own house you can live with pets, because it is good for them to walk in the garden. Some opponents might argue that living in a house is good. They say that it is very expensive to buy a house. Moreover, some people say that it is difficult to take care of your house. Nevertheless I do not support the above mentioned ideas. There are a lot of houses that cost less than flats. Moreover you can ask a bank for a credit. And there are a lot of good things that you can do outdoors taking care of your house. This is very helpful for your health. As for me I would better live in a house. Despite the arguments of various skeptics I am convinced that living in a house is really good idea.
