That's why he decided to buy the rainforest. 3) Children organised a bake sale and raised enough money to buy 4 hectares of rainforest. 4) Their school campaign started the Children's Rain Forest, a nonprofit organisation. 5) Members of the organisation have bought 7 000 hectares of jungle. Schoolchildren from Germany, Japan and US have followed their example.
